Use your AppFolio activation invitation, then sign in to the resident portal. Contact Shire if you need help accessing your account.
Confirm utilities and coverage
Check your lease and ask which utilities need to be placed in your name, when service should start, and whether renters insurance documentation is required.
Plan your arrival
Confirm parking, unloading access, and any building-specific moving instructions with the team. Update your mailing address.
Walk through your new home
Document the condition of the apartment and report any concerns to Shire. Follow the move-in inspection instructions and deadlines provided with your lease.
Keep help close by
Save the contacts on our Residents page. Use the routine maintenance contact for repairs and call the emergency number for urgent after-hours maintenance.
